Women in AI Global Summit 2027 runs November 11-12, 2027 in London’s Mayfair district (Grosvenor Street, W1K 3JP), a two-day in-person conference organized by Women in AI by FemTechConf. Early Bird Standard passes start at £499 and Senator Pass tops out at £4,999. Speakers, the exact venue building, and a discount code are all unpublished (checked 2026-08-24, womeninaiglobalsummit.com). Programming is built around a Career Acceleration Hub, an AI Demo Lab, and an AI Strategy Lab, not a keynote-only agenda.

I track AI events because the hiring conversations happening in event hallways shape which tools and workflows land inside real teams a year later. Most conferences that put “diversity” in their name bolt a single panel onto an otherwise generic agenda. Women in AI Global Summit 2027 is trying something structurally different. That is the argument worth testing before I hand anyone £499 or £4,999.

The whole event is built around one number, not one panel

Women in senior technical and leadership roles at frontier AI labs sit in single-digit percentages by every recent hiring audit I have read. That is the number the summit is trying to move, and the program is designed to act on it rather than talk about it. The Career Acceleration Hub runs live CV reviews, mock interviews, salary benchmarking, and recruiter meetups across both days as named recurring programming, not a table near registration. The AI Demo Lab is a hands-on space where attendees test AI tools and agents directly, closer to how I run AI tool reviews than to a keynote stage. The AI Strategy Lab adds closed-door sessions for enterprise leaders working through adoption.

A conference that puts a hiring hub next to the main stage is telling you what it thinks representation work looks like: promotion, pay, and pipeline decisions.

The specific building is the caveat that matters if you are booking travel. Mayfair sits inside easy reach of both Heathrow and Gatwick, but a Grosvenor Street postcode is a mile of possible venues. Wait for a named location before you buy nonrefundable flights.

Who this is built for, and who should skip

You get real value out of Women in AI Global Summit 2027 if you fit one of these shapes: a woman engineer or researcher working the salary and promotion conversations that are harder to have inside your own company; a woman AI leader who wants the Executive tier’s roundtables and the closed-door Strategy Lab; a policymaker or workforce researcher looking for a concentrated room of people building AI systems; an ally in a hiring or budget role who intends to act on it, not just watch a panel about it; or an early-to-mid career attendee who wants live CV reviews, mock interviews, and recruiter meetups in one place.

Skip it if you want a product-launch AI conference with the newest model announcements. This is not World Summit AI. The center of gravity is career mobility and leadership development, and the technical showcase supports that mission rather than being the main event.

If you are sending a team, the ticket-tier split is the useful move: one Executive Pass for a director who wants the leadership roundtables, Early Bird Standard passes for engineers who mostly want the Career Acceleration Hub and the Demo Lab. That matches badges to what each person actually needs.

What the six ticket tiers cost right now

Women in AI Global Summit 2027 publishes six tiers plainly on its own site, which I appreciate. Most conferences hide half of them behind a “contact sales” wall.

TierPriceBest for
Early Bird Standard£499Individual engineers, researchers, AI enthusiasts
Early Bird VIP£899Priority check-in, lounge access, reserved seating
Executive Pass£1,999Founders, VPs, investors, leadership roundtables
Senator Pass£4,999Concierge, speaker lounge, top-tier receptions
Team Tickets£429 per seatGroups of five or more from the same company
Group PricingContact organizerTen or more attendees, custom invoicing

All prices checked 2026-08-24, womeninaiglobalsummit.com and eventbrite.com. No Early Bird deadline is published, so I cannot tell you exactly when the £499 rate rises. No discount code exists on any official channel, so ignore anything you see circulating elsewhere until you can confirm it at checkout.

The gap between a £429 team seat and a £4,999 Senator Pass is deliberate. The event is trying to serve individual engineers on personal or team budgets AND executives whose companies are paying for “curated introductions at the highest level.” Neither tier is wrong, but they are built for different jobs. Pick the one that matches yours.

The organizer track record cuts both ways

Women in AI by FemTechConf sits under FemTechConf, which has run women-in-tech events across Europe for 7 years and reports a community of more than 450,000 members. That community size is the reason this event can credibly target thousands of attendees rather than hundreds.

The honest caveat: FemTechConf’s past conferences have drawn in the low thousands in person. The 7,447+ in-person figure being marketed for 2027 is an ambitious jump in scale for this specific format, not a number this event has already delivered. Read that number as a target, not a receipt.

The organizers also explicitly frame the event as inclusive of allies. Their own copy: “while our mission strongly focuses on advancing women in AI, our community and events are built for everyone who wants to help shape what comes next.” That matters if you are weighing whether to send male engineering leaders or mixed-gender teams rather than a women-only delegation.

My buy-or-wait framing

Buy an Early Bird Standard or VIP pass now if you value locking in the £499 or £899 rate and you trust the organizer’s 7-year track record and 450,000-member community enough to bet on the program structure before speakers are announced. The Career Acceleration Hub, hands-on Demo Lab, and closed-door Strategy Lab are a more substantive shape than most single-panel diversity tracks manage.

Wait if you specifically need to see the speaker lineup or a confirmed venue building before committing. Both are still pending 15 months out. Check back on the AI events I track for the update once names are public.

Do not skip this on principle. The mission and program shape are genuinely differentiated from a typical AI conference. It is a “confirm two more details before you book the £1,999 tier” situation, not a “this is not real” situation.

For anyone planning ahead: subscribe on the summit site for the speaker announcement, and hold nonrefundable travel until a named venue lands. That is the honest advice.
