TL;DR: HumanX Europe 2026 (officially HumanX Amsterdam) runs September 22-24, 2026 at RAI Amsterdam. Organizers claim 2,500-plus attendees at 60% VP-level or above, 200-plus speakers, and 150-plus sponsors (checked 2026-08-24, humanx.co/europe). The All Access Pass is sold out. What is left: a free Startups Pass (application required, limited), a $6,999 VIP Pass, and occasional 2-for-1 promo windows priced at €999 for two. No online or hybrid option exists.
I track AI events because the conversations on these stages tend to show up as real buying decisions inside enterprise teams three to six months later. HumanX Amsterdam caught my attention for one reason: the speaker bench. Sitting CEOs of publicly recognizable software companies plus an MIT professor, on the same three-day agenda, is a harder line-up to assemble than most first-year European AI conferences pull off. Whether the ticket math survives that argument is the actual question.
The speaker bench is the strongest signal HumanX is sending
HumanX Amsterdam confirms 160-plus speakers, and the depth is not marketing gloss. Sitting CEOs on the list include Yamini Rangan (HubSpot), Linda Tong (Webflow), Tom Eggemeier (Zendesk), Andrey Khusid (Miro), Jarek Kutylowski (DeepL), and Ali Niknam (bunq). Add Swami Sivasubramanian, AWS’s VP of Agentic AI, and Dina Katabi, an MIT professor of electrical engineering and computer science.
| Speaker | Role |
|---|---|
| Yamini Rangan | CEO, HubSpot |
| Swami Sivasubramanian | VP Agentic AI, AWS |
| Jarek Kutylowski | Founder & CEO, DeepL |
| Linda Tong | CEO, Webflow |
| Tom Eggemeier | CEO, Zendesk |
| Dina Katabi | Professor, MIT |
The enterprise bench runs deep past the CEOs: confirmed AI and data leadership titles at Nokia, ING Group, Michelin, IKEA, FedEx, Heathrow, and Nestle. The venture side is stacked too, with partners confirmed from Benchmark, Accel, Index Ventures, Balderton, Atomico, and NEA. That mix supports the organizers’ claim that this is a working-practitioner event, not a startup pitchfest.
Amsterdam is easy to reach and the venue can hold the claim
The event runs at RAI Amsterdam, Europaplein 24, one of the largest convention centers in the Netherlands. Schiphol Airport sits about 20 minutes from the venue by train or taxi, and RAI is served directly by tram and metro from the city center. You are not relying on a shuttle-bus schedule to make a session.
One detail worth flagging honestly. The official page’s headline reads “22-24 SEPT 2026” (three days), but one pass description separately references “all 4 days” of conference access without naming the fourth day. I could not verify a pre-conference workshop day anywhere else on humanx.co/europe (checked 2026-08-24). Treat the three-day range as the reliable figure and confirm the fourth-day detail with HumanX before booking travel around it.
Ticket pricing is confusingly mixed between dollars and euros right now
Read the pass table below carefully. The official HumanX site currently mixes dollar and euro figures across sections. Confirm the currency and total at checkout before you buy.
| Pass | Price | Status |
|---|---|---|
| Startups | Free | Apply required, limited availability |
| All Access | Was $1,999 early-bird, $3,595 standard, $3,995 onsite | SOLD OUT |
| VIP | $6,999 | Limited availability |
| 2-for-1 promo | €999 for two passes (vs €2,499 reference) | Rotating short windows |
All prices from humanx.co/europe on 2026-08-24. The site showed the All Access and VIP tiers in US dollars and the 2-for-1 promo in euros in the same session, which is a real caveat when a €1 rate difference could move a company’s budget line.
The honest read: the All Access Pass, which was the mainstream option most attendees would have bought, is gone. What is left is a free tier scoped narrowly to early-stage startup teams, a $6,999 VIP tier that is a real line item for most companies, and short promotional windows that cut the effective cost in half if you catch one. There is no visible standing discount code and I am not going to invent one.
The 2-for-1 mechanic is the real lever if two people from the same team want in. Splitting a €999 promo window gets two seats in the room for roughly what one VIP costs alone. These windows carry hard deadlines and “no extensions” language, so they behave more like flash sales than a coupon.
Who HumanX Europe 2026 is genuinely built for
You get real value from this trip if you fit one of these profiles. Enterprise AI or data leaders (chief AI officers, chief data officers, heads of AI transformation) who want to hear how peers at Nokia, ING Group, Michelin, and IKEA are actually deploying AI internally. Founders and operators at AI-native companies who want direct access to the venture partners confirmed to attend. Enterprise buyers evaluating vendors who want the 200-plus expo hall and the Peer[X]change networking format instead of cold outreach.
You do not get real value here if you are early in your AI career, looking for hands-on technical training, or hoping for a budget-friendly entry point. The event is priced and positioned for people whose employer or fund is footing the bill. Students, early-career engineers, and casual AI hobbyists are not the audience.
My buy-or-skip verdict
I would buy the VIP Pass if my company already budgets for one or two flagship AI events per year and Amsterdam fits the travel plan. The speaker bench earns that price for the right buyer. I would watch for a 2-for-1 window and split it with a colleague if budget is the constraint. I would apply for the Startups Pass if I genuinely qualified as an early-stage AI team. I would skip the trip entirely if I needed an online option or a lower-cost entry point, because neither exists here right now.
Two things would push me from “watch” to “buy”. If the pricing consolidates into one currency and one clean tier before September, or if the “fourth day” gets named as a hands-on agentic-AI workshop. Neither had happened at humanx.co/europe as of 2026-08-24.
